Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We provide a 60-day return period for all orders placed on our website. You may submit a return request within 60 days from the date you receive your package. Any return requests sent after this period will not be accepted.

2. Refund Processing Time & Currency

All refunds are issued solely in United States Dollars (USD), which is our official settlement currency.

Once we receive and complete inspection of your returned goods, we will launch your refund procedure right away. It takes 5–10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your original payment account, subject to the processing schedule of your payment platform.

3. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unused, unmarked, undamaged, and kept in their original complete packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns for goods that have obvious wear, stains or missing accessories.

4. Return Shipping Cost Rules

If your items arrive defective, broken or inconsistent with the product description, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for all return delivery fees.

5. How to Apply for Returns

Please contact our customer service team to file your return application during the valid 60-day return window. You will receive detailed return shipment instructions from our support staff after your request gets approved.

6. Partial & Compensation Refunds

All partial refunds, order compensation and full order refunds will be calculated and transferred in USD only. We do not support refunds in other currencies.
